Are you the best

version of yourself?

Challenge|Support |Grow

Do you have unrealised potential as a leader?
Do you sometimes feel like an imposter?
Who challenges your assumptions?
Who holds you to account?
Who do you learn from?
Who provides fresh insights and perspectives?
Do you know what motivates your team?

If you share any of these anxieties you have come to the right place

For the last 5 years I have been working as an executive coach with a select group of MDs and CEOs to guide them on their journey to achieve their full potential while accelerating the growth of their companies safely and consistently. It’s called Peer Executive Coaching and we do it by challenging, supporting and  above all growing the business leaders we work with.

About Me image
I started Executive Coaching with Vistage in the Oxfordshire area in 2017 and struck out on my own with 360 Executive Coaching in 2020.

I am a certified practitioner with Patrick Lencioni’s The Table Group to deliver workshops on Working Genius, and with James Sales, Motivational Maps Inc. to deliver Motivational Maps.

I have over 1000 hours of executive coaching experience and an in-depth knowledge of leadership topics drawn from an expanding library of leadership books and podcasts, and over 50 international leadership and business management speakers who have presented ½ day workshops to my executive coaching group.

My commercial, operational and leadership experience was gained across a long career in scientific publishing, and business information sectors. I held executive roles at what is now SpringerNature (one of the largest global scientific publishers) and CRU (a London-based mining consultancy). Prior to that I took a PhD in neuropsychology at King’s College London and did post-doctoral brain research at Cambridge University. Starting out I worked for almost 10 years at what is now GSK, as a research scientist.
